About

Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends is the newest show from Craig McCracken (creator of the Powerpuff Girls). In this world he has created, imaginary friends are alive, sentient, and anyone can see them. Mac is an 8-year-old boy who is bullied by his older brother Terrence and has an imaginary friend, the obnoxious-but-lovable Blooregard Q. Kazoo, called Bloo for short. Mac's mother tells him it's time to get rid of Bloo, so Mac takes him to Foster's, a home for imaginary friends given away by their creators who hope that another lonely child will adopt them. The animation is all vector art, hand drawn and then rendered in Illustrator and Flash. The effect is smooth, colorful, eye-catching animation.

This show is incredible from beginning to end with engaging stories full of laughs. After seeing the 90-minute first episode, I was hooked. I rarely watch TV, but I make time for Foster's - the concept is fresh and interesting and so are the characters. My current favorites are Mac, Wilt and Terrence. :D
